Job Description
System Administrator / IT Support
Level-1 Support with user front ending skills.
Troubleshooting and problem solving.
Basic knowledge on Windows Server/System Administration.
Must be familiar with DNS, DHCP, WSUS & AV.
Technical Skills (Desirable):
Knowledge on Linux and Networking area.
ITIL Process Framework awareness/exposure.
Knowledge
of Servers, Networking, Exchange, SafeNet, PGP, Remote Technical
Support and must be familiar with hardware spares etc.
Soft Skills:
Excellent Verbal and Written English communication.
Must possess good analytical skills.
Proactive and taking the initiative.
IT Processes awareness.
