Track Indian Railways growth plans w.r.t Air-conditioned coaches

Ascertain compressor sale for new projects & service business

Track Indian Railways refrigerated van corridor project. Understand specifications, launch plan/timing, decision makers, budget

Identify training & service needs of various Indian Railway zones

Create preference for Emerson products

Meet City Metro Rail authorities to understand:- city metro project time lines, decision makers, equation between coach builders & HVAC manufacturers, preference of compressor technology,

Create platforms for an interaction with ECT & Metro Authorities & help position ECT products/services

Get down to a 4 - 5 years plan of coach manufacturers & HVAC manufacturers.
