Job Description
Digital Hardware Design/Verification
- Intern
To learn
and understand ARC Processor micro-architecture.
Learn
cutting edge functional verification flow. Participate in product verification
cycle from test plan development to functional coverage closure.
Perform
various RTL code quality improvement tasks such as Linting and engineering
testing to improve overall product quality.
Develop and
maintain our micro-processor hardware IP including, specification,
implementation and test.
Interact
with the verification, tools, modeling and simulation teams globally to deliver
optimized solutions for our customers.
Requirements
Strong
desire to work with embedded processors or processor based systems.
Knowledge
of digital design and ideally, RISC architectures.
Understanding
of programming at assembly, C/C++ knowledge is desirable.
Knowledge
of tools such as, RTL Simulators, e.g. VCS, IES, Questa.
Knowledge
of Operating Systems such as, Linux, Windows XP/Vista.
Good
analytical skills.
